Health coach session
You will work one on one with Bella in half-hour long sessions. You will receive a personalized booklet that Bella will put together before your first full nutrition session. the booklet will guide you through your journey. Things you will find in your booklet: Foods to eat and avoid, work out suggestions, recipes, apps for success, supplement and vitamin recommendations. You will have access to 24 hr email or text support for any questions or concerns. Bella will walk you through and help you better understand all information given.
